2. We will provide you with a link from a page with a PR 3 or PR 4. We expect a link to EdgeUtilities.com placed on your site, preferably with a PR ranking of 3 or 4.

3. The outgoing link from your site to ours should be on a page with LESS than 100 links on the page with categorized links. If your site is a link farm with numerous, irrelevant links, then we will most likely reject this link exchange.

4. Please provide valid links that contain standard URLs. Unidentifiable characters within your URL will not be accepted.

5. We will not link to gambling, pharmacy, adult, casino, or “spam” websites.
